This project explores the updating of the demands of the sector, in order to generate a new point of interest where the services required by the community are provided, while recognizing the architectural, historical and cultural value of the piece adjacent to it. A materiality that mediates with the built environment is proposed, generating a positive contrast, where also from setbacks and openings the valuation of the heritage is insinuated.

In terms of the public transfer, the access plaza on Cra. Séptima Avenue is projected towards the interior of the new building, definitively deviating the tendency to close the spaces and giving the center of the project to the idea of a public program, open and continuous, which invites the enjoyment of the spaces without limits on the landscape.
