Estructural Projects

Structural design encompasses the activities that are carried out to give shape, dimensions and detailed material characteristics to the support of the building. The structure that will absorb the stresses that occur during the different stages of it´s existence.

Pathological Studies

Studies and tests on existing buildings that identify, measure and analyze points and/or samples, all in order to generate a vulnerability analysis for the building to be studied.

BIM COORDINATION

As a working element, a 3D model is developed under a coordinated protocol. Ensuring the viability and optimization of the project.

-Solution of interferences between design elements
- Quantification of elements and materials used.
- Coordination between networks and structural elements.

INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Coordination of every element of a project. Including in the same proposal different disciplines and specialties such as:

-Technical and regulatory study of the area where the project will be located.
-Project outline, with sketches, images and concepts illustrated in drawings and presentations.
-Structural proposal directly coordinated with the projected architecture without reprocessing.
-Development of details as a whole, without interference between specialties.

PATHOLOGICAL AND SEISMIC VULNERABILITY STUDY

A. Inspection plan and tests that determine the mechanical characteristics of the constituent materials of the structure.
B. Observation of conditions, injuries and attacks to which you have been subjected in your service life.
C. Presentation of the diagnosis of its current state as an input for decision making in its intervention.
D. Structural vulnerability study in accordance with the latest seismic resistance and regulatory requirements.
